We will gladly refund your purchase for unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days (less S&H) if returned unopened and undamaged in their original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on used bedding, bedwetting alarms or watches.

Potty University reserves the right to examine any products to determine if they can be returned. There is a 20% restocking fee if products are deemed resaleable. If the product is damaged or not with the original packaging we will return the product to the customer and shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
